Remote, Oregon, United States 21Tech Full time $48,000 - $72,000 per year

Our client, the world's leading entertainment streaming service, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you'll provide essential transactional support to Talent Acquisition (TA) while playing a key role in managing projects that enhance our client's global recruiting initiatives. Your ability to manage daily tactical tasks while influencing broader strategic efforts on an ongoing basis will be vital in ensuring both smooth day-to-day operations and long-term project success.

This is a 4-month remote contract position. Candidates must be located in the USA and cannot hold H-1B visa status. The hourly rate is $65.00; benefits are available through Talent Table. There is no C2C.

Please note - This role requires experience in TA operations and expertise in Workday. It is not a recruiter role.

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as a direct point of contact for Talent Acquisition, responding to Zendesk tickets related to requisition updates, hiring actions, or tool issues.
  • Conduct investigations into reported issues, escalating them when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Manage requisition workflows within Workday and Eightfold, ensuring accuracy and completion throughout the hiring process.
  • Participate in project management tasks by representing the operations team on key initiatives, such as the implementation of job definitions in our HRIS, Workday.
  • Act as an "Issue Owner," driving issue resolution through project management skills, including stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, and progress tracking.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to:

  • Transactional Support: Manage requisitions, job postings, and hiring workflows, addressing Zendesk tickets from Talent Acquisition Partners for transactional requests.
  • Issue Investigation and Escalation: Thoroughly investigate and resolve tool or process issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams.
  • Define, Socialize, and Work to Resolve Issues: Collaborate with TA to understand and clarify their needs, helping them define challenges and requirements, and drive solutions.
  • Process Design and Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, implement automation, and enhance the efficiency of workflows

We want someone who is:

  • Skilled in Transactional Support and Project Management: Has 2–3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition operations.
  • Workday Expert: Proficient in Workday with strong system administration skills and the ability to manage tickets. Experience with tools like Zendesk and Eightfold is a plus.
  • Meticulous and Highly Organized: Skilled in managing a high volume of support requests while simultaneously overseeing complex project tasks with precision, ensuring thorough attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
  • A Problem Owner: Takes ownership of issues from investigation through resolution and has the initiative to drive projects forward by representing operational needs.
  • Exceptional at Connecting Dots for Partners: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly, whether resolving tickets or driving project outcomes.
  • Adaptable and Agile: Comfortable switching between transactional support and project management tasks, thriving in a dynamic, evolving environment.
