Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role is essential in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, HRIS management, and training & development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, administrative experience, and familiarity with leading HR systems such as Workday, Dayforce, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and others. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to organizational growth through effective HR operations and project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HRIS systems including Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, and others to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Support talent acquisition processes through ATS platforms such as iCIMS and Lever; assist with recruiting efforts including sourcing candidates and conducting initial screening.
- Coordinate onboarding and training programs to facilitate employee development and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in employee relations activities by addressing inquiries, facilitating communication between staff and management, and supporting engagement initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing coordination utilizing systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, or Dayforce; ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
- Participate in change management projects to improve HR processes and implement new systems or policies effectively.
- Support administrative functions such as data entry, record keeping, report generation, and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Collaborate on project management tasks related to HR initiatives including HR sourcing strategies and talent acquisition campaigns.
- Facilitate communication across departments regarding HR policies, updates, and organizational changes.
Experience
- Proven experience in human resources management or coordination roles with a strong understanding of HRIS platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, or PeopleSoft.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as ADP or Ceridian is preferred.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) including iCIMS or Lever for recruiting activities.
- Demonstrated ability in project management within an HR context along with change management expertise.
- Strong data collection skills combined with excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement.
- Administrative experience supporting human resources functions such as data entry, interview coordination, onboarding processes, and employee relations activities.
- Knowledge of human resources sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies is desirable.
