Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to handle invoice processing and vendor payments for multiple entities in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. In this role, you'll ensure the accurate and timely payment of creditors, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support overall accounts payable operations with precision and efficiency. Your work will be critical to keeping our business running smoothly and maintaining positive partnerships across our network.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll process invoices, check runs, ACH payments, and tax obligations in line with departmental procedures. You will maintain current W9s for vendors, ensure bills and rents are paid on schedule, and build lasting relationships with vendors by handling correspondence and resolving payment issues quickly. You'll streamline workflows, reconcile account statements, and process property tax payments with accuracy. Your responsibilities will also include updating records for employee status changes and assisting with other accounting tasks as assigned, ensuring all financial processes run efficiently and on time.

What You'll Bring (Requirements):

• 1+ years of accounts payable or related experience; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAGE X3 experience a plus).
• Strong organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of accountability.
