CAM Physical Therapy and Wellness Services LLC, a thriving Physical Therapist-owned private practice, is expanding and looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Office Coordinator for our call center in Laurel, MD. Position: Bilingual (Spanish/English) Office Coordinator Location: Laurel, MD Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full Availability Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Impressions Matter: Serve as the initial point of contact for all patients, embodying the welcoming and professional image of our practice.
  • Efficient Scheduling: Manage and monitor patient appointments, ensuring timely and accurate scheduling for our therapists.
  • Financial Transactions: Collect co-pays from patients as needed, ensuring a smooth and courteous financial experience.
  • Professional Communication: Answer phones courteously, direct calls to the appropriate staff, and address patient and referral source inquiries with confidence and clarity.
  • Insurance Coordination: Assist in obtaining necessary authorizations from health insurance companies to ensure prompt patient scheduling.
  • Positive Interactions: Maintain friendly and cordial relations with all patients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Exceed Expectations: Commit to promoting the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment, consistently exceeding patient expectations.

  • Availability: Work 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday able to work 2 early days 7am-4pm and 2 late days 10:30am-7:30pm
