Marketing Coordinator – Smile Loft Dental

Location: Maryland (Multi-Office Support Role)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about connecting with patients through both digital and in-office engagement. This role supports all Smile Loft Dental locations and focuses on social media management, ad tracking, lead tracking, and new patient retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and post engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Develop and implement weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with company promotions and initiatives.
  • Track and analyze ad performance, lead sources, and campaign ROI.
  • Partner with front-office teams to ensure all new leads are followed up promptly and properly documented.
  • Create and monitor systems for new patient tracking and retention, ensuring leads convert into scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Operations teams to align messaging with company goals and professionalism standards.
  • Support office-level events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain organized digital records of campaigns, reports, and office visits.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media (dental or healthcare preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads or similar analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across several locations.
  • Professional demeanor, dependable, and committed to deadlines.
