Job Summary:
The Project Manager leads multiple medium-sized IT and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery from planning through implementation. This role is responsible for managing budgets, resources, and risks while collaborating with executive sponsors and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include driving project execution, maintaining high-quality standards, and aligning initiatives with organizational objectives. This position plays a critical role in advancing enterprise technology programs and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple medium-sized IT and technology projects, overseeing day-to-day operations, staffing, and budgets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks; maintain and reprioritize the risk register.
- Develop and execute communication strategies to provide accurate project updates and translate complex information for executive understanding.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to assess needs, evaluate customer impact, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage initiatives including cloud migration, IT infrastructure upgrades, and cyber security projects in coordination with Risk and Security teams (ISRM).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent experience (6+ years of progressive experience in lieu of degree).
- 4–5+ years of Project Management experience; candidates with 10+ years considered.
- Proven experience managing IT projects, infrastructure, cloud migrations, and cyber security initiatives.
Special Requirements:
- Project Management certification preferred (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP).
- Experience managing project financials, budgets, and risk.
- Experience communicating with executive leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cyber security principles.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across departments and stakeholders.
