Position Overview
11 Compliance is seeking a part time/1099 project manager to manage internal and external client projects and is accountable for the overall success of the project. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of the projects. Confirms all deliverables fall within the applicable project scope, budgeted timeline and that all projects are completed cost effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Work proactively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and establish a culture of success and learning within the team
- Coordinate internal resources and for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Produce regular project reports and management updates
- Create leadership update presentations
- Develop diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Support the development of SOPs, WIs, and Job Aids as applicable to the job function.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Project Management tools (MS Project, Trello, Jira Software, Smartsheets)
- Group Facilitation
- Proficient with standard MS Office programs, Microsoft Visio
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in software implementation projects 2+ years preferred
- Knowledgeable about life sciences industry preferred
- 2+ years project management experience
