Job Summary: We are looking for experienced and non-experienced Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing team The right candidates should be ambitious, motivated, have good interpersonal skills, be tech-savvy, and have the drive to be successful. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customers' needs. We have a large inventory of new cars, new trucks, new SUVs, commercial vehicles, and used vehicles to help you be successful

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings and the latest technologies
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
  • Learn to meet customer needs and thrive within sales situations
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Bring your 'A-game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience preferred but not required
  • Self-starter with an ambitious spirit preferred
  • Ability to learn about and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
  • Exhibit good communication skills with customers and team members
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving history
