Service Manager Responsibilities

Assesses present and future need, trends, problems, and profit opportunities of the service departmentEstablishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the service department, within the Company's overall plans and policiesEnsures that approved policies and objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied within the departmentFormulates annual and monthly sale/profit objectives are expense budgets in accordance with company objectivesReviews and appraises the results of the activities within the departments and takes appropriate action as necessarySelects, coaches, leads, trains, and supervises shop personnelWorks to consistently improve CSI and performance of advisorsCommunicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional mannerProvide high level service to both internal and external customers

Service Manager Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a Service Manager, Shop Foreman, or related role in a dealership service departmentCDK experience is preferredFamiliarity with customer service standards and processesStrong work ethic and willingness to get the job doneEager to improve in a dynamic work environmentStrong interpersonal and time management skillsProven high CSI Extremely focused on following and guarding processes

Service Manager: $120K - $250K
Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
