Job Title: Full-Cycle Investment Sales Representative (Setter + Closer)

Location: Remote (Preference for Utah, Houston, or Dallas, but open nationwide)

Type: Full-time | Day Shift

What You'll Be Doing

This is a high-energy, results-driven role where you'll manage the entire investment sales process — from lead generation to closing deals. Expect to roll up your sleeves, own your pipeline, and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales System Ownership: Build and refine sales scripts, call flows, and follow-up automations (email/SMS/CRM).
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Conduct deep market research, connect with inbound/outbound leads, qualify prospects, and establish strong initial trust. Target 25 new leads per week, maintaining a 40% qualification rate.
  • Investor Discovery & Closing: Run discovery calls, understand investor goals, overcome objections, and close contracts. Target 10+ qualified meetings/month and aim for a 15–25% close rate.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep CRM 100% accurate with all interactions logged. Conduct bi-weekly reviews to streamline follow-ups and ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Follow-Through: Guide clients from signed contracts through wiring and funding, ensuring smooth onboarding and a professional post-close experience.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Provide data-driven performance reports, track funnel metrics (calls, show rates, conversion, capital closed), and suggest strategies to improve speed-to-close and reinvestment rates.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Weekly Call Volume: 100+ investor conversations, 1000+ dials
  • Show-Up Rate: 70%+ for booked discovery calls
  • Close Rate: 15–25% of qualified leads
  • Monthly Capital Closed: $100,000+ funded
  • Time-to-Close: Under 10 days from first call to contract
  • Contract-to-Fund Completion: 90%+

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 2–4 years in sales development, business development, or investment/energy sales. Proven track record in closing high-ticket or capital-raising deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in oil & gas, financial services, real estate, or private equity preferred.
  • Sales Mastery: Strong phone presence, emotional intelligence, and persuasive communication across all channels.
  • Tech-Savvy: Skilled in CRM ( GoHighLevel, etc.), automations, email/SMS outreach, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Resilient Closer: Grit, discipline, and self-motivation to drive results independently.

Team Player: Collaborative spirit with a problem-solving mindset.
