Outbound Sales Representative – Smoke Shop Accounts (Remote - Part-time)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new smoke shop accounts, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through consistent outreach and follow-up. If you thrive in a performance-driven environment and enjoy managing a quick, full sales cycle, this opportunity offers competitive earning potential with uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research and identify prospective smoke shop accounts through various lead-generation methods.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to present our product line and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a professional, consultative approach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities while meeting activity and revenue goals.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to drive reorders and maximize customer retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $1,500 per month
  • Commissions: 10% commission on the first order from each new client +5% commission on all subsequent reorders
  • Earning Potential: Uncapped commissions with significant growth opportunity

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in phone sales, wholesale distribution, or B2B sales
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills with a professional demeanor
  • Proven ability to independently generate leads and build new business
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a performance-based role
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
