Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. THIS IS A COMMISSION BASED WORK AT HOME JOB. No background check required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective account management, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a full experience inside sales skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients in a B2C environment. Duties

  • Develop and manage a territory sales plan to achieve business development goals.
  • Conduct inside sales activities, inbound and outbound calls and networking to generate new leads and new sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Utilize a private crm
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience
  • Strong understanding of territory management principles and direct sales techniques.
  • Must have a computer, with audio head set, and good internet
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and develop strategic plans.
  • Previous experience in account management or business development is highly desirable.
  • Ability to conduct product demonstrations confidently and effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45, $100,000.00 per year
