Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Coordinator to lead our online sales strategy and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and analytics, with a proven ability to optimize online sales channels. This role requires a creative thinker who is adept at using various tools and platforms to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and manage our e-commerce operations effectively.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct conversion optimization initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of the website.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook Advertising and other social media channels.
  • Oversee content creation for product descriptions, blog posts, and marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand voice.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design projects related to e-commerce promotions.
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and optimized for performance.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns, including SEM and Google AdWords strategies to drive targeted traffic.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns utilizing marketing automation tools to engage customers effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and content management systems.

Experience

  • Proficiency in SEO, conversion optimization, social media management, and performance marketing techniques.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in copywriting, graphic design, and content creation are essential.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics for tracking performance metrics.
