Taylor TC Services & Solutions, LLC is a growing Transaction Coordinator company for

residential and commercial REALTORS.We currently partner with agents in TN, KY, and GA.

We provide professional, expert level, plug and go TC services.We are seeking the right

individuals to join our team who will work alongside Real Estate Agents as business partners

who perform their duties with the highest level of professionalism, care, dependability, and

camaraderie.

Founded in 2020,Taylor TC Services & Solutions, LLC ("Taylor TC") started with just one agent

in Knoxville,TN. In our first year in business, we were able to bring on 10 more agents at 5

brokerages, and. close over 200 files. Over the years we have added TC's, brought on more

agents, brokerages, expanded our services and closed over 3,500 real estate sales to a

volume over $1,000,000,000. We continue to look ahead by increasing our staff, agent, and

file count. Our aim is to grow the company with the vision to become the largest and most

skilled team of TC professionals partnering with REALTORS in our region. Our mission is to

be a virtual operations team that supports real estate agents where they are in their

Operations & Intake Coordinator (TC Track): Position Overview

The Operations & Intake Coordinator (TC Track) is an entry-level position designed

for a detail-oriented candidate who may or may not have prior real estate experience. Ideal

applicants have strong administrative and operational skills.

This role supports both Intake (file setup and processing) and Operations (administrative

and marketing support). Successful candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, a

proactive mindset, and a potential desire to grow into a TC position.

Intake Coordination Responsibilities

Responsible for entering all new contracts received by Taylor TC into our Transaction

Management Software (Airtable) and organizing documents in Dotloop for the assigned TC.

Accuracy and timeliness are essential to ensure files are ready for the Transaction

Coordinator to take over.

Key tasks include:

  • Reading real estate contracts (TN, KY, and/or GA) (training provided)

  • Data entry into Airtable with 100% accuracy

  • Adding, sorting, labeling, and splitting PDFs/documents in Dotloop

  • Using Canva and templates for transactions

  • Communicating with team members via email and Slack

  • Sending Summary Reports for the team every Friday

Operations Coordination Responsibilities

Supports the administrative and operational functions of Taylor TC. Tasks may vary but typically include:

  • Managing the Agent Onboarding process and CRM updates

  • Designing and maintaining our e-commerce store

  • Creating and managing social media and marketing campaigns

  • Assisting with Client Care and TC Care packages throughout the year

  • Completing additional administrative or project-based assignments as needed

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Fast and accurate typing and data entry abilities

  • Ability to proofread and catch grammatical or formatting errors

  • Timeliness and accountability in meeting deadlines

  • Positive attitude and strong team-player mindset

  • Reliable high-speed internet, computer or laptop, second monitor (required), and cell

phone

Preferred / Willing to Learn:

  • Taylor TC Applications: Airtable, Gmail, Slack, Hubspot, Dotloop, Canva, Jotform

  • Agent Platforms: SkySlope, Command, TransactionDesk, Authentisign, Paperless Pipeline

Hours & Compensation


• Status: 1099 Independent Contractor


• Compensation: Pay per file + project rates. Average $25/hour.


• Schedule: Flexible and part-time (permanent schedule to be determined with

candidate). Please note the busy season for real estate is typically March - September,

with higher volume and workload expected.

◦ May include 1–3 hours on weekday mornings or afternoons

◦ 1-3 hours on weekends to prepare for the week


• Note: Not all shifts will have new contracts to enter or projects to complete, but

availability is required during your determined scheduled times.
