As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our supply chain operations, ensuring that every product moves seamlessly from point A to point B. What you'll do

  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including shipping & receiving, inventory management, and warehouse distribution.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
  • Implement transportation management systems to enhance efficiency in freight movement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any logistical issues that arise and develop actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on demand planning and production planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records within the warehouse management system (WMS) for effective inventory control.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and SQL for reporting purposes.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms.
  • Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles, including warehouse experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge of e-commerce logistics and 3PL (third-party logistics) operations.
  • Experience in category management, vendor management, or supplier management.
  • Understanding of mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment.
