Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and analytics to optimize campaigns across various channels.
Duties
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create engaging content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities through social listening.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and managing social media accounts.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance SEO efforts and improve content visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Engage in public relations activities to promote brand initiatives.
- Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Capture high-quality photography and video content for use in campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design tools.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
- Experience with social media advertising, particularly on Facebook.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
