I'm partnering with a fast-growing, design-forward workspace company that's transforming how modern offices operate. They create beautifully designed, soundproof modular spaces — and they're expanding rapidly across North America.

This team is looking for a
Key Account Manager
to help build and manage relationships with indirect sales partners — think furniture dealers, designers, architects, and other partner channels. If you're a polished, relationship-driven seller who thrives in a startup environment, this is a great opportunity to join a global company that's scaling fast.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage partnerships with designers, architects, and dealer networks
  • Drive growth through indirect sales channels (RFPs, partner programs, and referrals)
  • Maintain top-of-mind awareness through high-value touchpoints — lunch & learns, product updates, and design events
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, conferences, and industry events

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales experience (preferably B2B, design, workplace, or related industry)
  • Strong relationship-builder with high EQ and polish
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and act on trends
  • Results-driven, scrappy, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Excited to be part of a global, fast-growing team redefining what the modern workspace looks like
