SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

•    Support identification and screening of potential acquisition targets, and manage a comprehensive acquisition pipeline list

•    Perform industry research to evaluate market trends and identify opportunities for new investments

•    Evaluate and analyze financial data for potential transactions

•    Perform valuation analysis and create detailed financial forecasts for potential acquisition targets

•    Prepare diligence materials, company overview presentations, and investment recommendations that will be delivered to leadership

•    Continuously improve investment analysis, presentations, financial models, and due diligence processes

•    Support leadership with in-depth and/or ad hoc analysis

•    Protect highly confidential information, both internally and externally, and use discretion in communications

•    Adhere to the company's values and support the company vision and mission

•    Travel required for new business development efforts, including conferences and other industry events, and off-site meetings with potential acquisition targets

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•    Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

•    Required: 1+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory services

ABILITIES REQUIRED

•    Ability to meet highest attendance requirements

•    Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently    

•    Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.

•    Could involve some lifting up to 20 pounds

•    Ability to sit for extended periods of time without much movement

•    Ability to work in time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines

•    All candidates must have the ability to speak, read and write English
