Role Overview

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner on our team, you will:

  • Provide psychiatric diagnostic evaluation, medication management, and follow-up care for clients across the lifespan.
  • Collaborate with therapists, other medical providers, and administrative staff to develop and coordinate client care plans.
  • Engage in ongoing assessment of treatment efficacy, side effects, and client safety.
  • Participate in case consultations, continuing education, and contribute to our practice's growth, quality improvement, and innovation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, comply with regulatory and clinic standards, and uphold high standards of clinical ethics.

  • Is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who can practice independently in AZ
  • Is skilled in psychopharmacology, diagnostics, and crisis management.
  • Communicates with empathy, cultural humility, and professionalism.
  • Works well as part of an interdisciplinary team and values collaboration.
  • Demonstrates commitment to ongoing learning, evidence-based practice, and quality care.
  • Motivated to build their own practice without the risk of the overhead.
