We are a new practice in AZ providing psychotherapy, medication management, and ADHD testing in a collaborative environment. Our clinicians work with adults, adolescents, and families across a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders.

Position Summary

AltaLumé is seeking an empathetic, motivated Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) to provide high-quality therapy for individuals and families. You'll have the autonomy to deliver meaningful care—supported by a strong administrative team that handles scheduling, billing, and collections—so you can focus on what matters most: your clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via telehealth.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers and peers to ensure comprehensive, integrated care.
  • Maintain a manageable caseload that promotes high-quality, attentive client care.
  • Participate in optional clinical meetings, supervision, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.
  • Active, unrestricted license (LMHC, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in AZ.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, or families.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to foster trust and rapport.
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
  • A commitment to compassion, cultural humility, and continuous learning.
