Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and reliable administrative and clerical support to the HWAAS team.
  • Accurately key annual report data into division databases.
  • Scan, name, and route incoming reports in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely processing of all assigned documentation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with administrative and clerical functions within an organization.
  • Proven experience in data entry with a focus on accuracy and consistency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications — particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience working in government or public sector administrative environments.
  • Familiarity with database systems and electronic document management.
  • Understanding of record retention policies and workflow routing.
  • Prior experience providing support to compliance, audit, or reporting teams.
  • Basic knowledge of scanning and file naming conventions for digital record systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
