We're looking for a
Supply Chain Specialist
to support order management, logistics, and production coordination for a mission-driven organization. This role ensures smooth processing of customer orders, vendor communication, and program fulfillment while keeping operations on schedule and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for sales and internal teams to process and track customer orders
  • Manage order entry, invoicing, adjustments, and credit memos with attention to detail
  • Coordinate purchase orders, shipments, and Bills of Lading for direct and drop-ship orders
  • Oversee logistics for food program initiatives (backpacks, food boxes, and nutrition programs)
  • Partner with production and third-party vendors to schedule builds, track inventory, and maintain workflow calendars
  • Resolve order and product issues quickly to keep fulfillment on time and accurate

Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or order management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Proficiency in order entry, invoicing, and documentation systems
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset

Compensation:
$25 - $28/Hour

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
