Transportation Specialist
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network carrier base.
- Partner with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, technology, and carrier performance engagement and growth.
- Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive business decisions across customer-facing programs.
- Pull and analyze data from various databases, utilizing tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.
Essential Skills
- 1-3 years' experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, and data cleansing.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to communicate effectively with carriers and solve problems.
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation.
- 1+ years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Attributes such as ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action are highly valued.
Work Environment
This role requires 100% onsite presence with shift schedules from Wednesday to Saturday OR Sunday- Wednesday. It offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within the transportation teams, providing an entry-level corporate role that plays a crucial part in managing peak business demands.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $ $23.00/hr.
