We’re hiring a Hunter Enterprise Account Executive to land new logos for LockThreat’s AI-native GRC platform. This role is focused 100% on net-new revenue—opening doors, creating demand, and closing complex enterprise deals. You’ll sell to C-suite and senior risk, compliance, and security leaders and own deals from first meeting through close.This is a high-pressure, high-reward role for sellers who know how to build pipeline from scratch and win in competitive enterprise environments.RequirementsGRC sales experience8–12+ years of enterprise SaaS new-logo sales experienceProven ability to source, develop, and close $250K–$1M+ ACV dealsStrong outbound skills: executive prospecting, account-based selling, and deal orchestrationExperience selling to CISO, CRO, CIO, Compliance, Risk, or Security leadersDeep understanding of complex enterprise buying motions (security, legal, procurement)Ability to run tight discovery, POCs, and value-based sales cyclesHigh accountability for pipeline creation, forecast accuracy, and close rateExperience in regulated industries strongly preferredPartner or hyperscaler co-sell experience is a plusBenefitsAggressive OTE with uncapped commissionAccelerators for over-quota performanceEquity participation for top performersSell a differentiated, AI-native enterprise platformDirect access to executive leadership and productClear path to Regional Director / VP as the company scalesRemote-first with global enterprise exposure
