What You'll Be Doing
- Analyze project requirements from inception to closeout and develop innovative solutions.
- Manage contracts and provide support in acquisition planning.
- Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bids (IFB) guidance and conduct market research/analysis.
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer (CO) during the source selection process.
- Draft contract negotiation memoranda and contract modifications for CO.
- Document evaluation of performance, contract termination, and contract closeout.
- Create and maintain contract file folders, review proposals for compliance, and handle contract modifications.
About You
- Possess extensive working knowledge of FAR and DFAR and agency supplements.
- Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and effective communication skills.
- Showcase the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Exhibit leadership qualities and the ability to resolve multifaceted or critical time-sensitive issues.
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience.
