Job Overview

FedRFP, a leading strategy consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will analyze project requirements and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations, as well as excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of relevant experience are required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, short-term & long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan.

About the Role:

  • Analyze project requirements from inception to closeout and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage contracts and provide support in acquisition planning.
  • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP)/Invitation for Bids (IFB) guidance and conduct market research/analysis.
  • Draft contract negotiation memoranda and contract modifications.

  • Possess a strong working knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Showcase ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities and resolve multifaceted issues.
