Inside Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative with extensive experience in the security industry to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales and be proficient in CRM software, with a preference for those experienced in Zoho. This role requires daily attendance at our California office and involves minimal travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Support integrators, property managers, and developers throughout the sales process.
- Assist the Outside Sales Regional Sales Manager within the territory.
- Customer Engagement:
- Perform cold calling to re-engage with customers we haven’t spoken with in some time.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations using PowerPoint.
- Product Knowledge:
- Learn and master the product line to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- CRM Management:
- Utilize CRM tools (preferably Zoho) to track and manage projects (deals) within the yearly pipeline.
- Ensure all projects have adequate follow-up, notes, and correct information.
- Sales Administration:
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline status.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years extensive Inside Sales experience; experience in the security industry is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tool software; experience with Zoho is a plus.
- Strong ability to support integrators, property managers, and developers.
- Excellent cold calling skills and experience re-engaging dormant customers.
- Ability to conduct virtual meetings and product demonstrations using PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure accurate follow-up and documentation.
- Must be able to work daily from the Santa Fe Springs, California office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and webinar platforms.
- Type a minimum of 35 WPM
