Your areas of responsibilities The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and nurturing relationships with clients within the broadcast, media, sports, and event production sectors. This role will involve managing inbound leads, proactively reaching out to potential clients, and supporting the field sales team by qualifying opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, customer-focused, and motivated to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Qualification : Respond to and qualify inbound leads to determine potential opportunities and hand over promising leads to field sales for further action. Sales Outreach : Conduct outbound sales activities to reach potential customers and introduce Riedel's product portfolio. Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Riedel's offerings, including intercom systems, signal distribution solutions, and Live Video Production Solutions. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within target markets to understand their needs and identify how Riedel products can provide value. Sales Support : Work closely with field sales representatives, providing support in follow-up activities, preparing quotes, and scheduling product demos. CRM Management : Use CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage opportunities, and provide regular updates on sales activities. Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive offerings to provide insights and adjust sales strategies as needed. Goal Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team. Your Profile Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Experience : 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in broadcast, media technology, or communications. Sales Skills : Strong ability to communicate effectively, identify customer needs, and close sales. Technical Aptitude : Ability to quickly learn and explain technical products; experience with Riedels core markets or technology is a plus. CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is preferred) for tracking and managing leads. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building. Self-Motivation : Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
