Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our pest control services to potential clients who reach out to us. Your primary focus will be on residential pest control services, including the opportunity to sell annual contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients who call in, offering our pest control services with a consultative approach.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to address their pest control concerns.
- Promote and sell annual contracts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client interaction is handled professionally and effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly wage with commission and bonus structures, allowing you to earn between $1-$4 more per hour based on performance.

Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or customer service role.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in the pest control industry is a plus but not required.
