Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMiami Alkaline Water is seeking an experienced telemarketer to schedule appointments for our sales team 

We are Miami's first water store providing clean and healthy water to our local residences and businesses. 

Leads are provided (no cold calling). 

Qualifications-
  • Minimum 1-3 years experience of outbound calling and lead qualification 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented 
  • Must be bilingual in English/Spanish 
  • Customer service skills
  • Laptop required
 Responsibilities-
  • Conducting outbound calls to company-provided leads
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM software
  • Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's
  • Communicating with management and sales team
