Leads are provided (no cold calling).
Qualifications-
- Minimum 1-3 years experience of outbound calling and lead qualification
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
- Customer service skills
- Laptop required
- Conducting outbound calls to company-provided leads
- Keep accurate records of client interactions in CRM software
- Tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's
- Communicating with management and sales team
- Base + bonuses
- Employee discounts
- Ongoing training provided

- No selling required
