About the Job

The ideal Mortgage Account Executive will coach and nurture the success and development of our partners and connect with leads that will bring growth and profitability to DynaGen Lending and each branch. The Account Executive will act as the liaison between each branch and our Head Quarters (HQ in Southfield, MI) to ensure a smooth transition and operation/sales support.

Expectations

  1. Help with the onboarding of branches and their employees including but not limited to, helping ensure all resources and tools are given/accessible, set up, and in specific systems.
  2. Participate in new business development as required including training, sales, operations, NMLS Licensing, and culture/brand development.
  3. Represent the company at various business meetings when necessary to promote the company and ensure a smooth process.
  4. Analyze industry challenges and opportunities to understand enterprise’s customer communication and retention strategies.
  5. Ability to work with multiple clients at the same time.
  6. Take initiative and support strategy.
  7. Constantly review, prepare, and complete action plans for improvement to move the teams closer to the mission.
  8. Proactive communication with branches, being available and flexible.
  9. Update and inform teammates and platforms when needed and help resolve issues with support teams.
  10. A go-to for all branches, handle all operations and be the liaison between branch and HQ.
  11. Answer all questions and be the appointed person to get accounts their resources.
  12. Train branches and their employees as needed.
  13. Learn about our partners' brand and desire to expand. Educate yourself on their business and their product along with HQ to align.
  14. Strong leadership & communication experience to maximize performance.
  15. Exceptional business communication skills together with strong account planning.
  16. Create, energize, and build the team culture.
  17. Support strategic action items to build team strength and improve the overall message of the brand and performance of the company.
  18. Set a clear mission and deploy strategically focused action items to accomplish it.
  19. Positive attitude, teamwork, staying upbeat.
  20. Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of internal and external communication and workflow procedures.
  21. Participate in the continued development of the company and its culture.
  22. Support and follow up with partner-focused productivity goals that support the culture of the teams.
  23. Commitment to core values, personal accountability, committed to the company’s success, eager to learn and team player.
  24. Train, develop, and coach.
  25. Execute and establish role-specific training and development programs for the team & for our partners.
  26. Maintain 100% adherence within the department on all company policies.
  27. Generate team & branch trainings to help boost performance.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Position typically operates in an office environment – must be flexible to commute to other branches when necessary and have a good internet connection for frequent video calls.
