Job Opportunity: Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish deep, trusting relationships with our customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges. Be their go-to person, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and supported at every touchpoint. Assist in the onboarding of new and existing client relationship’s locations.
- Personalized Customer Care: Handle all personal interactions with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude. Provide tailored solutions that align with their unique requirements.
- Advocacy and Problem Solving: Act as the customer’s best advocate, especially during challenging situations. Navigate complexities with a focus on delivering peace of mind and ensuring their satisfaction.
- High-Level Customer Engagement: Manage the needs of our most valued customers with the utmost attention to detail. Ensure their experience with our company exceeds expectations and fosters long-term loyalty.
- Strategic Relationship Growth: Develop strategies to deepen customer relationships, ensuring our services align with their evolving needs, and contributing to their overall success and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Empathy and Communication Skills: Ability to understand and articulate customer needs, with a natural talent for building trust and rapport.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Customer-Centric Focus: A passion for putting customers first, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management: Experience is a plus, but a trainable mindset that carries the desired skills and traits listed above is also acceptable.
Expected Work Hours:
This position requires a commitment to being available when our customers need you most. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, because customer needs don’t always fit neatly into business hours, there is an expectation that you may occasionally be contacted after hours for urgent matters.
Compensation Plan:
We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Annual Salary: A base salary that reflects your experience and contributions.
- Monthly Commission: Additional earnings based on customer sales and growth.
- Earning Potential: With both base salary and commissions combined, the expected earning potential for this role is approximately $70,000 per year.
