We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Specialist to join our team at Emergency Plumbing Service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

- Problem-Solving: Act as the customer's advocate, navigating complexities and providing peace of mind. Develop strategies to deepen customer relationships and drive business growth.

- Experience in Customer Management: Experience is a plus, but a trainable mindset that carries the desired skills and traits listed above is also acceptable.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual Salary: Approximately $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
