Customer Experience Manager

Suntex Marina Investors, LLC is seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
This role requires you to have some knowledge of marina operations or be willing to be trained in them. You will be responsible for working independently to achieve goals and targets, as well as collaborating effectively with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, proven track record or innate ability to interface with customers positively and successfully, demonstrated positive attitude and respectful demeanor with drive to serve others, and ability to overcome difficulties in a productive manner through effective communication.
Some key responsibilities of this role include using basic boat handling skills and knowledge, performing simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally. You must also be able to use eyes for the purpose of viewing general work area and overall operations of incoming and outgoing boats, customers, guests, etc.
