NOTE: this position can be remote anywhere within the United States.

As the Senior Product Manager for ClickHouse Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of the product working closely with engineering, customers, and stakeholders across the company.

What you will do:

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Engage directly with customers, gathering insights through interactions, feedback, and market research to guide product decisions.
  • Partner with engineering teams to prioritize and define feature requirements, overseeing the entire delivery process from design, development through to release, QA, documentation, and launch.
  • Work alongside marketing, operations, and sales teams to support feature launches, contribute to blog posts, and help shape product positioning and messaging.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, driving iterative improvements to ensure usability and adoption goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related communications, effectively managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed.

About You:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in cloud-based SaaS products. Experience with database management systems, analytics platforms, or similar technologies is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of cloud architecture, database technologies, and DevOps practices. Ability to engage with engineering teams on technical topics and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with SaaS usage-based Billing systems and Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP). Understanding of compliance requirements related to billing and financial systems
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
