Job Title: Senior Product Manager, PubTech, Customer Identity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) product. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on identity and access management. They will be responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision for our CIAM product, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for CIAM, aligning with business goals and customer needs
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and sales teams to translate business requirements into actionable product plans
  • Define and implement a comprehensive identity strategy, including authorization, access control, and organization management
  • Drive consensus for customer-centric vision and strategy, engaging with internal stakeholders and expressing that strategy through bold product roadmaps
  • Develop strong value-based metrics and goals that guide the iterative learning and delivery model to validate solutions to the most important customer problems

Requirements:

  • Strong product management background, with experience leading medium to large products and projects
  • Background in digital advertising and current DSP and SSP technologies
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, with a bias for action and a history of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate large, multi-functional projects on-time
