Director of Sales and Marketing

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Sales and Marketing for a beautiful hotel and conference center just north of Trenton, NJ. This hotel offers a resort like retreat is great for corporate meetings, conferences, social events, and leisure. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a company that values their employees and offers exceptional advancement opportunity.
Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus potential, Healthcare, PTO, and more
Requirements:
- 3+ years of large full-service hotel or resort sales experience
- Experience with large corporate group business
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Experience leading a team of hotel sales professionals
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
