**Salary Range:** $60,000 - $180,000 per year (depending on experience and performance)

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves meeting with customers in their homes, educating them on various HVAC options, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a desire to help customers achieve optimal home comfort.

**Responsibilities:**
- Meet with customers at their homes to discuss HVAC needs and solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of different HVAC systems and designs.
- Provide consultative sales support, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Ensure reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in in-home sales (minimum 2 years).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time.
