Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned **Software Architect** who is passionate about designing robust software systems and enjoys engaging with clients during the pre-sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
- Develop comprehensive architecture plans that align with company goals and client needs.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality product platform.

- Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Pre-Sales Engagement:
- Partner with the sales team to articulate technical solutions to clients during the pre-sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations that address client challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients by instilling confidence in our technical capabilities and understanding of their business.

Qualifications:

- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a software development environment.
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, particularly in pre-sales or consulting capacities.

- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in architectural frameworks and design patterns.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
