Job Title: Senior Software Development Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Software Development Leader to join our team This role offers an exceptional opportunity to utilize your expertise and leadership skills in shaping the future of our software solutions. With a focus on innovation, scalability, and reliability, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement cutting-edge technology initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex development projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions using Microservices/Event Based Architecture.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices, coding standards, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improvement within our software solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a 4-year college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Microservices/Event Based Architecture, C#/.NET Core, SQL, and Azure Event Hub.
  • Familiarity with Azure Serverless Functions, Terraform, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.

Compensation

Our competitive salary for this position is $125,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
