About the Role

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Life Sciences GIU development organization. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our cloud-native application, empowering our customers to tackle global healthcare challenges with unparalleled performance, scale, and reliability. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.


Responsibilities

• Architect, design, create, and maintain the full stack of a customer-facing cloud-native application.
• Contribute to the creation and review of system and software requirements.
• Promote and support good software engineering practices.
• Adhere to company procedures and help maintain relevant documentation.
• Actively engage in all aspects of the software engineering process.
• Prepare test cases for software verification and validation.
• Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for commercial or end-user applications.
• As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications, specify, design, and implement modest changes to existing software architecture, build new products and development tools, and build and execute unit tests and unit test plans.


Requirements

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires:


• A BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area.
• 6+ years of software engineering or related experience.
• Strong technical skills in software design, coding, and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
