Job Summary

St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Solutions Architect – Emerging Technologies to advance healthcare innovation and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. This role plays a critical part in identifying, evaluating, and demonstrating innovative solutions that transform clinical care, enhance operational efficiency, and support the organization's long-term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and healthcare innovations to future-proof St. Luke's technology solutions.

• Collaborate with clinicians, business stakeholders, business analysts, architects, and engineers to define forward-thinking technical requirements, principles, and models that guide the development of innovative solutions in healthcare technology.

• Lead in defining the principles to guide solution decisions for the organization.

• Design and lead the implementation of solution architecture based on business requirements and organization strategies, providing both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise to elevate healthcare delivery.

• Evaluate and contribute to the selection of new technologies, as well as the design of standard software and hardware configurations.

• Lead resolutions related to problems with systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.

• Champion the use of repeatable processes for solution development and evaluation, leveraging patterns, best practices, and a deep understanding of emerging healthcare technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or experience in lieu of degree.

• 4 years relevant experience.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
