Job Summary

 

CAC is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Marketing Manager to join our team. This position requires 8-12 hours of on-site work per week, focusing on crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing diverse marketing initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development & Execution

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to achieve CAC’s goals.

  • Identify key audience segments, create impactful messaging, and position CAC competitively.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor on-site marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, content marketing, and events.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign logistics to ensure timely and effective delivery.

3. Market Research

  • Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.

4. Budgeting and Financial Oversight

  • Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

  • Track campaign ROI and adjust expenditures to maximize impact.

5. Brand Management

  • Ensure consistency in CAC’s brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance CAC’s brand reputation and visibility.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.

  • Prepare reports on key metrics and present findings to senior leadership.

7. Collaboration

  • Work closely with on-site teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing with broader organizational goals.

  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of campaign success.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).

    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within tight deadlines.

  • Requirements: Must be available to work 8-10 hours per week, entirely on-site.
