Marketing Manager

Job Summary
CAC is seeking a talented and motivated Part-Time Marketing Manager to join our team. This position requires 8-12 hours of on-site work per week, focusing on crafting and executing impactful marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and hands-on experience in managing diverse marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy Development & Execution
Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to achieve CAC’s goals.
Identify key audience segments, create impactful messaging, and position CAC competitively.
2. Campaign Management
Plan, execute, and monitor on-site marketing campaigns across channels including social media, email, content marketing, and events.
Manage end-to-end campaign logistics to ensure timely and effective delivery.
3. Market Research
Conduct research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
4. Budgeting and Financial Oversight
Oversee the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Track campaign ROI and adjust expenditures to maximize impact.
5. Brand Management
Ensure consistency in CAC’s brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
Lead initiatives to enhance CAC’s brand reputation and visibility.
6. Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.
Prepare reports on key metrics and present findings to senior leadership.
7. Collaboration
Work closely with on-site teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing with broader organizational goals.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of campaign success.
Skills:
Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media platforms).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently within tight deadlines.
Requirements: Must be available to work 8-10 hours per week, entirely on-site.
Position Details
