Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this commission based role, you will be responsible for generating new business, promoting our roofing services, and building strong relationships with potential customers in the local community. If you are passionate about sales and eager to help homeowners protect and enhance their properties, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Actively engage in door-to-door sales efforts to identify potential customers and generate leads in designated neighborhoods.Product Knowledge:
Develop a thorough understanding of our roofing products and services, including benefits, features, and installation processes.Sales Presentations:
Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations at customers' homes, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners to foster trust and encourage repeat business and referrals.Follow-Up:
Regularly follow up with potential customers to answer questions, provide additional information, and close sales.Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the company CRM.Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and management to strategize and achieve sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in roofing or home improvement (door-to-door experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
