We are seeking a dedicated Training Coordinator/ Admin to join our team. The Training Coordinator is responsible for delivery of training content, revision of training materials and tracking of training completion, qualification and re-certification of hourly employees. This role ensures that the various departments that it supports has the right learning delivered in the proper timeline to support the growth and development of employees. Responsible for coordinating training and learning assessment activities to comply with regulatory organizations (such as OSHA, EPA and FDA). Will utilize e-learning to deliver training.

TEMPORARY 3 MONTH PROJECT

#PFE

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

Payrate: $22-$25/ based on experience

Responsibilities
- Develop training materials and resources for various programs
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Communicate with trainers, trainees, and management to ensure training effectiveness
- Monitor and evaluate training program outcomes
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Assist in the development of new training strategies

-Updates and follow-up with new hire activities and hew hire training/ orientation

-Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment including the upkeep of the training room.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in coordinating training programs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bilingual proficiency, administrative experience, customer service background, proofreading capabilities
