We are welcoming a Front Desk Coordinator to join a non-profit team in the housing industry, located in Olympia, WA. As a Front Desk Coordinator, your role will encompass a variety of tasks including managing phone communications, coordinating client needs, maintaining the front office area, and working with volunteer staff and interns.


Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage incoming phone calls and authorize access for clients, guests, and visitors

• Coordinate transportation needs for residents and clients, deliver messages and packages, and ensure follow-ups on scheduled appointments

• Direct residents and clients to the appropriate individuals for addressing their concerns and notify maintenance staff of any mechanical issues

• Maintain a neat and organized front office area

• Record entry and exit details of residents, clients, and visitors

• Collaborate with and provide support to volunteer staff and interns

• Implement customer service and interpersonal skills to enhance the overall experience of residents and clients

• Handle maintenance requests and property management tasks efficiently

• Exceptional customer service skills and experience

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with all visitors and staff

• Previous experience in a part-time receptionist role

• Familiarity with general receptionist duties, including answering phones and directing calls

• Knowledge of property management, particularly in a hotel or similar setting

• Ability to handle maintenance requests efficiently and promptly
