We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Harrisburg, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including managing the front desk, answering calls, and maintaining customer records. This role is an integral part of our team, ensuring smooth operations within our organization.


Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and provide high-quality customer service

• Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and informing staff of their arrival

• Carry out data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy

• Respond to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email correspondence

• File important documents, ensuring they are stored correctly and can be easily retrieved.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must.

• Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• High level of discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.
