Job DescriptionJob Description

An organization in Harrisburg needs short-term support in their Reporting Department. This is an opportunity to collaborate with a small team in a busy office setting. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through phone and email, creating and sending PDF documents, and performing data entry in their CRM database. This is an exciting chance to improve your administrative skills and collaborate with industry leaders


Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm

On-Site, Harrisburg (17112)

Contract Duration: 6 Months


Responsibilities:


• Respond to inbound calls, providing excellent customer service

• Efficiently handle data entry tasks

• Regularly correspond via email with clients and colleagues

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to carry out daily tasks

• Convert documents into PDF format when required

• Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary

• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Ensure all administrative tasks are organized and completed efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint

• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner

• Excellent skills in email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge and understanding of PDF file management and operations

• High level of organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
