LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a full-time Sr. Business Analyst to work in a Hybrid or Remote setting for our client in Portland, OR. The Senior Business Analyst will lead global teams in analyzing and enhancing business systems in Manufacturing and Operations. The role emphasizes collaboration across various functions, technical expertise in SAP, and effective project management. Candidates should have a relevant degree, 7+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysis (30%): Evaluate business challenges and requests to identify solutions and improvement opportunities. Analyze the broader IT systems landscape to provide comprehensive solution recommendations and proactively assess business processes for enhancements. Translate business requirements into effective technical designs.

  • Business Partnering (30%): Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, bridging the gap between IT and business needs. Maintain regular communication with business teams to grasp their strategic vision and priorities, ensuring effective collaboration between IT and business functions.

  • Systems (20%): Act as a technical and functional expert in manufacturing applications, managing configurations within SAP and integrated shop floor systems. Oversee solution design, documentation, testing, and ongoing support for issues and enhancements. Collaborate closely with IT developers to create solutions that align with business needs, integrating business processes with functional and technical configurations.

  • Project Management (20%): Lead project management efforts in accordance with the IT PMO framework, successfully delivering small to mid-sized projects.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in the Operations and Manufacturing industries

  • 5+ years of experience configuring and managing SAP

  • Specifically in SAP PP, PM and MM

  • SAP QM is a plus

  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders inside and outside of IT.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems analytically, work collaboratively with globally dispersed teams, take initiative, and maintain high standards of personal integrity and continuous learning.

  • Four-year degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience is also acceptable. A high school diploma is required.

Compensation/Benefits: $95,000-$150,000

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
