Responsibilities:

• Greet attendees upon their arrival and assist with the registration process.
• Utilize computer systems to look up attendee information and direct them to the appropriate rooms.
• Respond to inquiries from attendees, providing accurate and timely information.
• Monitor attendee badges regularly to ensure conference protocols are followed.
• Stand periodically throughout the day to check on badges and assist attendees as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive attendee experience.
• Keep accurate records of attendee information and any inquiries or issues that arise during the conference.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth running of the conference.
• Utilize administrative skills to support the successful execution of the conference.• Demonstrated experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Proven problem-solving abilities
• Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
